R. Jason Phillips

R. Jason Phillips has a strong background in revenue cycle management, with experience spanning several reputable healthcare organizations. R. Jason is currently serving as the Executive Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Refresh Mental Health since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Revenue Cycle at Johnson Memorial Hospital from June 2019 to February 2022. R. Jason also worked as the Director of the Central Billing Office at Golden Living from September 2018 to May 2019. Before that, Mr. Phillips held various roles at Indiana University Health, including Director of Revenue Cycle from January 2016 to September 2018, and Director of Revenue Cycle Cash Management from December 2010 to December 2015.

R. Jason Phillips obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ball State University, graduating between 1987 and 1991.
