Melina McCarty

Melina McCarty is a qualified counselor currently working at Refresh Therapy, Inc. as a Marriage and Family Therapist, focusing on individual and couple therapy since March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern at Real Life Counseling (WA) from July 2022 to June 2023, where Melina completed over 300 client hours with a diverse range of clients, including over 100 couples and families. Before entering the counseling field, Melina held significant engineering leadership roles at HP from February 2007 to December 2019, managing teams in the development of advanced 3D printers and high-end office printing solutions. Melina McCarty holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Capella University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University, and an MBA from the University of Oregon.
