Tracy Kertes, MBA

Tracy Kertes, MBA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Tracy started their career as a Financial Analyst at MarketSource Inc. in 1998 and worked there until 2000. Tracy then joined MarketSource as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2000 to 2002. Tracy then moved to Alloy Media + Marketing, where they worked as a Finance Manager from 2003 to 2005, and later became the Director of Finance for their Cranbury division from 2006 to 2011. During their time at Alloy, Tracy was responsible for organizing and maintaining financial processes for various subsidiaries and supervising staff in the accounting and accounts payable departments.

In 2011, Tracy joined Refuel Agency as a Controller, overseeing daily accounting functions, month end close, and financial reporting for the company. Tracy also prepared various financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, and trending reports. In 2016, Tracy was promoted to the role of Chief Financial Officer at Refuel Agency. In this role, they managed the accounting department, developed policies and procedures for operational efficiencies, and provided evaluation of monthly financial statements. Tracy also formulated historical data reports used for divisional analysis by C-level management.

Tracy Kertes, MBA attended Villanova University from 1983 to 1987, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General. Tracy later pursued higher education at Pace University - Lubin School of Business from 1989 to 1992, completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance and Financial Management Services.
