Abhinav Naikawadi

Abhinav Naikawadi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Abhinav is currently working as a Founding ML Engineer at Refuel since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Uber Technologies LLC as a Software Engineer from September 2021 to September 2022, and as an SWE - Machine Learning Intern from June 2021 to August 2021.

Abhinav also has teaching experience, having served as a CS 4820: Analysis of Algorithms Teaching Assistant and Computer Science Teaching Assistant at Cornell Computing and Information Science from September 2020 to June 2021.

In terms of research experience, Abhinav worked as an SE(3) Computer Vision Group Undergraduate Researcher at Cornell University from January 2021 to May 2021.

Abhinav has also gained industry experience at Cisco, where they worked as a Software Engineer (Part Time) from August 2020 to October 2020, and as an SWE Machine Learning Intern from June 2020 to August 2020.

In addition, Abhinav has been involved in various research and project roles during their undergraduate studies, including being an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Cornell Space Systems Design Studio from January 2019 to June 2020, and being part of the Design & Operations Subteam at Cornell University Unmanned Air Systems from October 2018 to May 2020.

Abhinav also received recognition as a Cornell Meinig National Scholar at The Meinig Family Cornell National Scholars (MFCNS) from August 2018 to May 2020.

Furthermore, Abhinav has contributed as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Cornell Physics Department from January 2019 to December 2019.

Abhinav Naikawadi attended Lynbrook High School from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained their high school diploma. Following this, they enrolled at Cornell Engineering in 2018 and is anticipated to graduate in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
