Dina Dukhqan

Dina Dukhqan has a varied and extensive work experience in the nonprofit sector. Dina is currently serving as the Managing Director - US at RefuSHE. In 2022, they founded their own company called Pieces Reclaimed LLC, where they upcycle furniture to provide unique pieces of high-quality. Prior to these roles, Dina was the Senior Director of New Business Development at the American Near East Refugee Aid (Anera) from 2018 to 2021, where they exceeded revenue targets and managed a large health/in-kind program. Dina also worked as the Business Development Director at Women for Women International from 2016 to 2018, leading resource identification and proposal development and providing leadership to Country Directors. Dina's earlier experience includes serving as the MENA Region Director at Partners Global, Founding Executive Director at Partners Jordan (Center for Civic Collaboration), and Executive Director at the Young Entrepreneurs Association (YEA). Dina started their career as a Branch Manager at Global Communities.

Dina Dukhqan holds a Master's degree in Archeology from the University of Jordan and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Yarmouk University.
