Jonathan Araujo

Jonathan Araujo, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jonathan is currently the Head of Operations at Refuturiza, where they are responsible for managing the operations team, business intelligence, PMO, and operational consulting, among other areas. Jonathan has successfully structured the operations area and managed the administrative and financial areas. In addition, they have led projects to create a new Faculty, construct a new company headquarters, and restructure the operating model of a university center.

Prior to their current role, Jonathan worked as a Strategic Projects Senior Manager at Hypera, where they managed strategic projects and served as a PMO for M&A operations internalization projects with multinational companies. Jonathan also played a key role in projects related to data governance and balanced scorecard restructuring.

Jonathan has also held management positions at Grupo DASA, ATG Consulting - BR, TuttoLabs, and Compass Consultoria. Jonathan has experience in managing business intelligence teams, implementing projects related to telemetry and process optimization, and overseeing project portfolios. Jonathan has worked with various industries, including healthcare, diagnostic medicine, automotive, and consumer goods.

Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked at Itau-Unibanco as a Senior Analyst of Business Management and in roles related to product management, market intelligence, and as a trainee. Jonathan gained experience in strategy development, product implementation, budgeting, and sales planning.

Jonathan's career began at Logimasters, where they worked as an Analyst Controller, responsible for budget management, preparing management reports, and mapping processes.

In addition to their professional experience, Jonathan served as the President of Agrologica - Empresa Jr de Engenharia Agricola, where they gained leadership skills and experience in a student-run engineering company.

Jonathan Araujo, PMP has a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, obtained from 2001 to 2007. Jonathan also holds an MBA in Project Management from FIAP, earned from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Jonathan completed a Project Management program at The George Washington University School of Business in 2012. Jonathan has another MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2010 to 2011. Moreover, they obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI São Paulo in 2015. Jonathan also achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2015. Jonathan Araujo is currently pursuing a Post-graduate degree in MBA Administration Acadêmica e Universitária from Carta Consulta, with an anticipated completion date of 2023. In 2004, they completed a program on Financial Market Operator at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração.
