Cheryl Woodson Saunders has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Cheryl started their career in 1993 as an Accounting and HR Manager at Goad International, where they stayed for five years. In 1998, they moved to A O Smith Corporation, initially working as a Plant Accountant and HR Manager before progressing to roles such as Sr Financial Analyst, General Ledger Lead, Manager Reporting & Accounting, and Finance Manager for the Mexico Manufacturing division. Cheryl joined the Abbey Credit Union in 2001 as a Director on the Board of Directors. In 2011, Cheryl joined Regal Beloit as a Finance Manager and later became the Director of Finance. In 2020, they transitioned to Regal Rexnord, where they currently serve as a Business Controller.
Cheryl Woodson Saunders earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Organizational Management from Bluffton University in 2001. Cheryl later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance, General at the University of Dayton from 2002 to 2005. In addition, Cheryl holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute, which they obtained in 2001.
