Ernie Leicht

Ernie Leicht has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. From September 2014 to October 2021, they held various roles at Regal Beloit Corporation, including Vice President-Supply Chain, Vice President Operations, and VP- Manufacturing Integration. Prior to that, they worked at Emerson Industrial Automation from August 2003 to September 2014, where they served as Director of Strategic Planning, Plant Manager, and Production Superintendent.

Ernie Leicht has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University Northwest, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University Northwest, attending from 1993 to 1998.
