Sandeep Rathee

Sandeep Rathee currently serves as DGM Manufacturing (EOU Plant Head) at Regal Beloit Corporation, a position held since March 2005, focusing on operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma, cost control, capacity enhancement, and compliance with quality and EHS standards. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager at GE from October 1998 to March 2005, where Sandeep contributed as a Six Sigma Green Belt, SQA Engineer, and Assistant Manager in Production. Academically, Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from the Institution of Mechanical Engineering, Mumbai, and two MBAs in Finance and Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University through distance education, along with an Intermediate degree in Non-Medical Science from Vidya Mandir Sr. Sec.
