Troy Morris

Troy Morris has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Troy served as the Director of Operations at Regal Beloit starting from 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, where they held positions such as Senior Value Stream Manager, Senior Supply Chain Manager, and Purchasing/Materials Manager. At Danaher Corporation, they worked as a Materials Process Manager, Materials Manager, Master Scheduler, and Buyer/Planner. Additionally, they worked at Sideline Sports Partners as the Lead Buyer for Athletic-wear and Collectibles. Throughout their career, they implemented various strategies to improve operational capabilities, supplier relationships, and inventory management, resulting in significant increases in shipments and inventory turns for the companies they worked for.

Troy Morris holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
