Arum Pawestri Handayani

Arum Pawestri Handayani is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Regal Springs Indonesia since November 2023. Prior to this role, Arum held the position of Head of Corporate Legal at Palma Serasih Group (PT Palma Serasih Tbk) from January 2017 to November 2023. Arum’s legal career includes significant positions at prominent law firms, such as PSL (Knowledge Lawyer) for the Corporate & Securities Practice Group at HHP Law Firm from April 2015 to December 2016, and as an Associate at Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung in association with Herbert Smith Freehills from November 2012 to April 2015. Earlier experience includes roles at Yang & Co Law Office and Dyah Ersita & Partners, specializing in general corporate, investment, M&A, and litigation. Arum holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Universitas Diponegoro, completed in 2009, with a focus on banking, corporate, finance, and securities law.
