Irit Yadin-Lempel has had a strong career in the software engineering field, with a focus on software architecture. Irit has extensive experience in various companies, starting their career at ACSC in 1993 as a Software Engineer. Irit then moved on to Oracle in 1995, where they worked as a Software Engineer until 1998. After that, they joined IBM and worked as a Software Engineer until 2000.
In 2001, Yadin-Lempel joined Rasvia Systems as a Software Architect, and they stayed with the company until 2006. Irit then moved on to NetApp in 2007, where they worked as a Software Architect until 2009.
In 2009, Yadin-Lempel joined IBM Tivoli Software as a Senior Software Engineer. After a year with IBM, they joined Xtremio in 2010 as a Storage Architect and worked there until 2015.
In 2015, Yadin-Lempel joined Elastifile as a Software Architect and stayed with the company until 2019.
In 2019, they joined Google as a Software Engineer for a short period of time before transitioning to the role of Software Architect at Regatta, where they are currently working.
Irit Yadin-Lempel obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1981 to 1985. Irit then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the same institution, from 1989 to 1991.
