Christian Shearer

Christian Shearer is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in permaculture, project management, and operations. As the Chief Investment Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of Regen Network Development, Inc. since June 2017, Christian has focused on partnerships and data analysis to promote ecological health and community resilience. Christian also served as Managing Director and Original Founder of the Panya Project, directing an international permaculture education center, managing various construction projects, and ensuring financial independence. With experience as a Co-Owner and Design Partner at Terra Genesis International, Christian has contributed to the development of regenerative business systems. Additional roles include being the Director of Operations for We The Trees, LLC, and holding advisory positions with organizations like WeForest. Christian holds a BA in Mathematics and Education from Woodring College, Western Washington University, alongside a Business Administration certificate from a Start-up Intensive program.
