Scott Denies has extensive experience in CRM management, spanning over three decades with Regence. Starting in 1990, Scott has held multiple managerial roles, including CRM Manager and Manager, across different divisions of Regence, such as Regence Blue Shield and Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield. Scott's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Health Administration & Planning from the University of Washington, which was pursued between 1980 and 1981.
