Barry Argalas

SVP, National Transactions at Regency Centers

Barry began his career with Regency in 1996 as an analyst. In 2003 he became Vice President of Transactions and in 2007 was promoted to Senior Vice President of National Transactions. He currently oversees all acquisition and disposition activity for Regency and plays a key role in strategic M&A activity, including the 2017 merger with Equity One.

Barry serves on the Executive Committee for the Family Support Services of Northeast Florida. Family Support Services is the lead agency for foster care, adoption, and family preservation in Northeast Florida, providing services and programs to help prevent child neglect and promote a healthy family environment.

Barry received his Bachelor in Science in Finance with a minor in accounting from Florida State University. An avid supporter of the Jacksonville Jaguars, he also enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and living an active lifestyle.
