Jennifer Hess

Jennifer Hess has over 24 years of experience in the retail and commercial real estate sectors, currently serving in the Northern CA Leasing role at Regency Centers since June 1999, where responsibilities include identifying prospects and leasing space within a portfolio of 27 shopping centers. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at Regency Centers, overseeing the Premier Customer Initiative Program and corporate marketing for 18 offices and 400 shopping centers. Earlier in the career, Jennifer worked as a Lease Accountant/Administration Manager, managing lease documentation for 15 shopping centers. Prior to joining Regency Centers, Jennifer was an Assistant Store Manager at J.Crew, managing a retail store with annual sales of $2 million. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Flagler College.
