Christopher Franz

Christopher Franz is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at Regency Hotel Management since April 2019. Previous roles include Sous Chef at The Refuge Isle of Palms, Lake Toxaway Country Club, and El Quenpo, as well as Executive Chef positions at Beachside establishments such as The Surf Golf and Beach Club and Savannah Yacht Club. Franz also co-owned Who's On Fourth and has a background as Executive Chef at Ocean Plaza Hotel and Beach Resort. The education includes a hospitality and management course in Culinary Arts from Amelia Island Plantation.
