Dan Toman

Dan Toman is the Corporate Director of Training at Regency Hotel Management. He has two decades in the hotel industry, many of them spent at Regency properties. One of his primary responsibilities is to boost company culture and give employees the tools they need to be successful, fulfilled, and happy in their profession, which ultimately leads to customer satisfaction and profitability.

From cleaning rooms and working in sales/catering to most recently the general manager for Arrowwood Okoboji and Bridges Bay, Dan has done it all. He can relate to property staff members from every department, which make his training sessions even more effective.

When Dan’s not traveling for work, you’ll find him traveling for fun. He loves exploring new places, tasting unique cuisine, and immersing himself in the culture.
