Randy Grismer

Director of Construction Management at Regency Hotel Management

Randy Grismer is the Director of Construction Management at Regency and is involved in all aspects of a project, from budgeting and design to installation and implementation. He serves as the point person for property staff, contractors, wholesalers, and others to provide seamless coordination. Randy expects every project to yield a profitable return as well as satisfied guests.

His longstanding history with Regency spans more than a decade, and he’s worked in the hotel industry for nearly 25 years. Randy’s held a variety of positions during that time including sous chef, catering manager, and general manager. As the previous general manager for Best Western Ramkota Aberdeen, Randy renovated the 154-room hotel and convention center. Through the culmination of these experiences, he can anticipate questions or concerns from property owners and expertly guide them through the entirety of a project.

Randy takes great pride in delivering a superior guest experience, and as a result, creating loyalty.
