Andy Shafer

Andy Shafer has a strong background in facilities management and construction services. Andy began their career as the Regional Director of Maintenance at Covenant Dove, LLC in 2010. Andy then moved on to become the Director of Construction Services at Covenant Dove, LLC from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they joined Covenant Care as the Director of Construction & Environmental Services but only stayed in this role for a short period of time. In the same year, they joined Regency Integrated Health Services, LLC, where they initially served as the Director of Construction Services. Andy eventually transitioned to the role of Vice President of Facilities Management at Regency Integrated Health Services, LLC in August 2020, where they currently work.

From 2004 to 2011, Andy Shafer attended Texas A&M University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Ecology.
