Travis Cochrane, HCISPP, CGCIO

Travis Cochrane has a strong background in information technology and management positions. Travis was most recently an IT Service Desk Manager at Regency Integrated Health Services, LLC, where they provided exceptional customer service and support to a large user base. Prior to that, they worked as a Technology Manager at the City of Corpus Christi Water Utilities, overseeing technology projects and managing the Utilities GIS and SCADA team. Travis also served as Deputy Director of Information Technology for the City of Corpus Christi, responsible for network infrastructure, data center management, and end user support. Travis also held the role of Director of Information Technology for the City of New Braunfels, where they planned and executed IT projects for the city. Earlier in their career, they served as Chief Technology Officer for Kerrville ISD, managing a wide range of technology services for the school district. Travis also worked as the Director of Information Technology for the City of Kerrville and gained experience as an Information Support Technician and Technology Consultant. Travis started their career as a Technical Support Analyst at AIM Healthcare.

Travis Cochrane pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems & Management at Texas Tech University from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP) certification from (ISC)² in March 2022.
