Caleb Womack has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Caleb is currently employed at Regency Lighting, where they have held multiple roles since 2015. Their most recent position is Director of Operations - National+Regional Services, which they started in November 2020. Prior to this, Caleb served as Director of Operations - National Services and Director of Operations - Maintenance & Supply. Additionally, they worked as an Operations Manager - Maintenance Services from 2015 to 2017.
Before joining Regency Lighting, Caleb worked at FedEx Office as a Center Manager from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they served as a Youth/ College Pastor at EMMANUEL FOURSQUARE GOSPEL CHURCH from 2008 to 2010. Caleb's first significant role was at Starbucks, where they worked as an Assistant Manager from 2004 to 2008.
Caleb Womack holds a Master of Science degree (MS) in Business, Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, which they earned from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Life Pacific University from 2003 to 2007.
