Jennifer Suggs BSN, RN, WCC has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer started their career as a Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) at Providence Health Care in 1997 and worked there until 1998. Jennifer then moved on to Life Care Centers of America, where they held various roles such as LPN, RN, Restorative Nurse, Resident Care Manager, and Assistant Director of Nursing from 2000 to 2006. Jennifer then joined Extendicare in 2006 and worked there until 2015, where they held multiple roles including RN, RCM, ADON, Staff Development Coordinator, Restorative Nurse, and Director of Nursing. Jennifer then worked at Royal Park from 2015 to 2019 as the Director of Nursing. Jennifer'smost recent role is as the Regional Director of Clinical Operations at Regency Pacific Management, where they have been working since 2022.

Jennifer Suggs BSN, RN, WCC completed their education at several institutions. In 1994-1996, they attended Big Bend Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree with a focus on Associate of Arts. Following this, from 1999 to 2001, Jennifer attended Community Colleges of Spokane and earned an Associate of Arts in Nursing (ADN) degree, becoming a Registered Nurse. Most recently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Western Governors University from 2022 to 2023.
