Porschia Harris

Porschia Harris, MPA, currently serves as a Principal Fellow at ReGeneration Schools since July 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Dean of Instruction and English Language Arts Teacher at YES Prep Public Schools from August 2020 to June 2025, and as RISE! Program Manager at The Women's Resource from January 2019 to August 2020, where responsibilities included program management, strategic planning, budget development, and team management. Prior roles at Amazon as an Area Manager and at Target as an Executive Team Leader focused on logistics, process optimization, and maintaining high delivery success and customer satisfaction. Porschia holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Texas Southern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Eastern Michigan University.
