Cj Kane

CJ Kane is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and military transition support. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Generation & Experience at Regeneron, CJ previously held roles such as Talent Scout Supervisor and Technical Sourcer at Navy Federal Credit Union, where efforts included utilizing analytical data to enhance recruitment processes. Previous positions include Sourcer for Business Recruiting at Meta, Employment/Career Specialist at Wounded Warrior Project, and various roles within the US Air Force, focusing on intelligence analysis. CJ holds two Master of Science degrees in Organizational Leadership and Public Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Art Studies from the University at Albany, and an Associate's degree in Intelligence Studies from the Community College of the Air Force.
