Earl Hauf

Earl Hauf is an experienced professional in strategic sourcing and procurement within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Director at Regeneron since January 2020, Earl Hauf leads global drug substance and drug product formulation and fill sourcing, along with pack and label sourcing with contract development and manufacturing organizations. Prior to this role, Earl Hauf was Associate Director of Sourcing at Regeneron, overseeing similar initiatives supporting COVID and Ebola response efforts. Earl Hauf’s previous positions include Associate Director of Global Procurement at Merck, where guidance was provided to Global Marketing for vaccines, and Director of Global Strategic Sourcing at Novartis, managing oncology and packaging categories across multiple divisions. Additionally, Earl Hauf was Strategic Sourcing Lead at Johnson & Johnson, responsible for a significant direct material spend. Earl Hauf holds an MBA in Leadership from Lipscomb University, a BS in Business Management and Marketing from Siena College, and further education from Tennessee Technological University.
