Eileen Woo

Eileen Woo is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel at Regeneron since April 2019. With a robust background in law, Eileen previously held the position of Director at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from May 2015 to April 2019 and served as an Associate at Dechert LLP from September 2011 to April 2015. Prior to these roles, Eileen worked as a Patent Agent at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati from September 2010 to August 2011, as well as at Stanford University as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow from February 2010 to August 2010. Eileen Woo holds an A.B. in Biochemistry, magna cum laude, from Harvard University, a Ph.D. in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from The Rockefeller University, and a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York University School of Law.
