Lisa Sokolowski

Lisa Sokolowski is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel at Regeneron since December 2019, Lisa has held various positions, including Director and Associate Director of Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining Regeneron, Lisa worked as an Associate at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP and completed a judicial clerkship at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Lisa's legal career began at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where roles included Associate and Summer Associate. Additionally, Lisa gained research experience at Columbia University School of Law and served as a Legal Intern and Paralegal in earlier positions. Lisa holds a law degree from Columbia Law School and a bachelor's degree from New York University.
