Jenelle Timmins

Jenelle Timmins, Ph.D., possesses extensive experience in organizational development and human resources within the biotechnology sector. Since joining Regeneron in July 2008, Jenelle has held multiple leadership roles, including Organizational Development Partner & Executive Coach, Director HR Business Partner for Research & Preclinical Development, and Associate Director, HR Business Partner for R&D. Responsibilities have included overseeing a diverse portfolio of technologies and innovations across research and development, as well as building strong cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Prior to Regeneron, Jenelle served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Columbia University and as a Graduate Student at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, where PhD degrees in Cell and Molecular Biology and Cell and Molecular Pathobiology were earned. Academic foundations were laid at East Stroudsburg University, culminating in a comprehensive background in scientific research and program management.
