Keith Koharski

Keith Koharski is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Global Development IT at Regeneron since November 2020, following a role as Senior Director in the same department. Prior to Regeneron, Keith held senior positions at Celgene from September 2015 to July 2020, focusing on analytics, digital solutions, and innovation, with responsibilities including the management of Clinical Big Data Lake and the establishment of Intelligent Automation Capabilities. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Accenture, where Keith led projects for major pharmaceutical firms and contributed to process improvement and data warehousing initiatives. Keith holds a B.S. in Economics from Drexel University, a Master's in Business Administration in Strategic Leadership from Rutgers Business School, and has furthered education at Cornell University.
