Marty Carrara

Marty Carrara serves as the Assistant General Counsel and Senior Director at BD, overseeing Global Contracting COE and Global Procurement Legal Lead since June 2022. Concurrently, Marty Carrara has been a Certified Personal Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association since March 2020 and a Seminar Leader for the Institute for Supply Management since 1998, presenting on various legal topics related to contracts and supply management. Previous positions include Corporate Counsel at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Senior Corporate Counsel at GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, and Wyeth, as well as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Pfizer / Pharmacia, and Vice President of Contracts at Citibank, N.A. Marty's education includes a JD from Fordham University School of Law, an MBA from Wagner College, and a BS in Business Administration from Wagner College.
