Mark Harvey

Mark Harvey is a seasoned professional in business resilience and crisis management with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. In the role of Senior Director at Regeneron since September 2022, Mark leads initiatives to enhance operational continuity and mitigate disruptions in global biotechnology settings. Prior to this, Mark served as Senior Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where a comprehensive resilience strategy was developed. Mark's previous positions include influential roles at the National Security Council and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, focusing on domestic crisis management and continuity policy for the Intelligence Community. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and is a Vanguard Crisis Leadership Fellow from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
