Melissa Cole, CPA, MBA

Melissa Cole, CPA, MBA has extensive experience in the field of finance. Melissa began their career in 1987 as a Senior Staff Accountant at Jaffe, Yaffe & Feingold, PC. Melissa then moved to Gately & Associates, PC in 1995. In 1996, they became Vice President of Finance at Jones and Bartlett Publishers. In 2003, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at META Services, Inc., now Recovery Innovations. From 2005 to 2012, they held the same position at Diamondback Drugs. From 2012 to 2016, they were Chief Financial Officer at Runbeck Election Services. From 2018 to 2020, they were Chief Financial Officer at Empower Physical Therapy Group. In 2020, they moved to Kaizen Collision Center and currently holds the same position. Most recently, in 2022, they began their role as Chief Financial Officer at Regenesis Biomedical, Inc.

Melissa Cole, CPA, MBA has an extensive educational background. Melissa obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Brandeis University in 1987, majoring in English Language and Literature, General. Melissa then obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting from Assumption University in 1991. In 2005, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ottawa University, majoring in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Additionally, they graduated from Framingham North High School in 1983.

Melissa also holds several certifications. Melissa obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Arizona Board of Accountancy. Melissa also holds certificates of completion from the American Management Association in Advanced Executive Leadership Program (2018), Advanced Financial Forecasting and Modeling Workshop (2018), Advanced Tools and Techniques for Data Analysis (2015), LEAN Process Improvement (2015), AMA’s Advanced Course in Strategic Marketing (2014), and AMA’s Course on Mergers and Acquisitions (2014).
