Brian Kelbaugh is a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer with a background in finance and accounting. Brian has held various leadership positions in the healthcare industry, including at ReGenesis Health Care, Bluefield Regional Medical Center, and Community Health Systems. Brian Kelbaugh also served in the US Navy, where Brian was responsible for inventory control of weapons, ammunition, and explosives. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management from Fairmont State University.
