Some of Bobby's notable deals include their work as Financial Advisor to Toys R Us in their converted Chapter 11 to Chapter 7 filing, their work with Smile Brands International in their successful restructuring and sale to private equity firm Gryphon Investors, and their work with Furniture Brands International in their Chapter 11 restructuring which culminated in a $363 sale of assets for $280M to KPS Capital Partners.

Before their time at Alvarez & Marsal, Bobby worked as a Summer Associate in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse.

Bobby Hoernschemeyer pursued a MBA in finance from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business. Prior to that, they completed a BS in computer engineering and electrical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
