Colin Hirshland currently serves as Head of Human Capital & Recruitment at Regent, L.P., overseeing the global recruiting function for both the headquarters and portfolio companies, while managing a team of four. Previously, Colin held the position of Sr. Technical Recruiter at Luminous Computing and at Meta, focusing on recruiting Senior Software and Gameplay Engineers for prominent platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Oculus, and WhatsApp. Colin's earlier experience includes multiple roles at Regent, L.P., where a recruitment team was built and talent acquisition strategies were defined, along with work as an Executive Recruiter at Ledgent Search Group and an Associate Recruiter at LTS - Legal Technology Solutions. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Science from UCLA, obtained in 2015.
