Wendy Stark-Riemer

Wendy Stark-Riemer is an experienced healthcare operations leader currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Regent Surgical since July 2025. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at LeanTaaS and over sixteen years at Rush University Medical Center, where Wendy held various positions including Associate Vice President and Director of Rush SurgiCenter. In these roles, Wendy provided leadership and coordination for clinical and operational activities, led strategic planning for service lines, and facilitated collaboration among medical staff and support personnel. Wendy began her career as a Project Manager at Navigant Consulting and holds a Master of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston.
