Ashley Kratohvil

Ashley Kratohvil, CPA has extensive work experience in financial reporting and accounting. Ashley currently holds the role of Senior Director of Financial Reporting at Regent Surgical Health, a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Accounting at D4C Dental Brands, Inc. from April 2021 to November 2023.

From 2018 to 2021, Ashley worked at Haven Behavioral Healthcare as the AVP of Operations Accounting & Financial Reporting. Before that, they were the Financial Reporting Manager at Episode Solutions from March 2018 to November 2018.

In 2017, Ashley joined Quorum Health as a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, responsible for managing the SEC reporting function. Ashley worked at Quorum Health until March 2018.

Ashley's career began in 2004 as an Accounting Assistant at Brooksource & Technical Youth. Ashley then worked as an Auditor at Rodefer Moss & Co in 2007 and at Crowe Horwath LLP from 2008 to 2010.

In 2011, Ashley took on the role of Senior Financial Analyst at Eco-Energy Inc., where they managed cash and inventory accounting. Ashley later joined LifePoint Health as a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, responsible for managing the SEC reporting function from 2012 to 2017.

Throughout their career, Ashley has demonstrated expertise in financial statement analysis, technical accounting research, budgeting, and compliance.

Ashley Kratohvil, CPA earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University Indianapolis from 2003 to 2007. Ashley also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business during the same period. In December 2011, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the TN State Board of Accountancy.
