Nina Goins

Nina Goins has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on quality and performance improvement. Nina currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations, and Nursing Officer at Regent Surgical Health since May 2023. Prior to that, they were Vice President of Quality and Clinical Services at AMSURG from March 2019 to May 2023. Nina also served as Vice President of Quality and Performance Improvement at Ardent Health Services from 2015 to 2019 and at Sound Physicians from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they held various leadership roles at Ardent Health Services, HCA, Saint Thomas Health, and Methodist Medical Center, where they gained experience in quality leadership and clinical operations. Nina has also been actively involved in board positions, serving as Chair of the Board of Directors at ASC QUALITY COLLABORATION INC and Finance Chair of the Board of Directors.

Nina Goins obtained their MSN degree in Nursing - Health Systems Management from Vanderbilt University, which they attended from 2000 to 2002.
