Joseph Umidi

Joseph Umidi is an accomplished professional in leadership coaching and education, serving as the Owner of Transformational Leadership Coaching since October 1998, where training is provided to executive and organizational coaches across twenty-four countries and fourteen languages. Additionally, Joseph is the Founder and CEO of Lifeforming Leadership Coaching, focusing on curriculum development, marketing, and staff training. Joseph also established Imagination Solutions, LLC at Regent University, which collaborates with various thought leaders to foster purpose and passion among leaders while enhancing financial intelligence through marketing initiatives. Alongside these roles, Joseph holds the position of Professor and Dean in Leadership Studies at Regent University. Joseph's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Education from Acadia University, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kalamazoo College, and a Doctorate in Education/Training from Trinity International University.
