Rachel Blisson

Rachel Blisson is a Senior E-Learning & Instructional Design Specialist at Regent University, where since August 2000, oversight of course design and management along with the administration of Blackboard has been a primary focus. Rachel collaborates with academic leaders and faculty to enhance instructional methodologies and integrate Christian faith into courses while managing approximately 500 courses and over 1250 course instances. In addition, Rachel has experience as a Director at Reach Asia and previously served as a Ministry Development and Special Events Administrator at AIM Fellowship. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and Renewal from Regent University, a Master of Computer Applications from the University of Madras, and various certifications in software development and instructional design.
