Todd Bohan

Todd Bohan, PhD, is an experienced professional in regulatory compliance and economics, currently serving as Senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance at Sprague Operating Resources LLC since July 2021. In addition to this role, Todd is an adjunct faculty member at the University of New Hampshire at Manchester and Southern New Hampshire University, teaching various economics courses since 1992 and 1993, respectively. Recently appointed as Adjunct Assistant Professor at Regent University in July 2023, Todd has extensive experience in the energy sector, previously holding positions at FTI Consulting and Eversource Energy, where responsibilities included regulatory analysis and rate administration. Todd's career began at Unitil and Bay State Gas Company, where roles ranged from energy analysis to regulatory consulting. Todd holds a PhD in Economics from Clark University, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's degree in the same field.
