Kristin Loucks is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as HR Manager at Regents Capital Corporation since June 2021, Kristin has previously held key roles such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at Boot Barn, where Kristin specialized in managing complex employee relations issues and ensuring regulatory compliance.
