James Pidgeon

James Pidgeon has extensive experience in the arts sector, currently serving as a Trustee for Theatre Royal Plymouth and Hackney Showroom, and as the Executive Director of Regent's Park Open Air Theatre since June 2021. Previously, James held several key roles at Shoreditch Town Hall Trust from January 2013 to June 2021, including Director & Chief Executive, Deputy Director (Arts & Programme), and Programme Manager and Producer. Other notable positions include Assistant to the Directors' Office at Battersea Arts Centre and the Watch This Space Festival & Platforms Assistant at the National Theatre. James began the professional journey in the arts as the Southwark Community Projects Support Officer at Shakespeare's Globe. James holds a BA in English and Drama & Theatre Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London.
