Duane M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions and implementations within the technology and education sectors. Currently serving as VP of Solutions and Implementations at Reggora since November 2020, Duane focuses on enhancing the appraisal industry's standards through a two-sided appraisal platform leveraging modern technology and AI. Prior roles include leadership positions at Guideline, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding projects for enterprise accounts, and Qualia, where Duane managed onboarding for a significant portion of the American real estate market. Earlier experience includes a Program Director role at Texas Tech University, overseeing student-athlete management and budget coordination for the athletic band program, as well as teaching and administrative duties at Leander ISD. Duane holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University.
