Kadine Taylor

Kadine Taylor, MHRM, RCIC, is an accomplished human resource and immigration consultant with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Regina Police Service and an Immigration Consultant at Omnia Immigration Services, Kadine has previously held significant roles including Talent Acquisition Consultant and Human Resource Business Partner for the Government of Saskatchewan, where expertise in recruitment strategies and HR management was provided. Earlier experience includes coordinating recruitment for Elections Saskatchewan and advising on workforce issues as an Employer Services Consultant for the Government of Saskatchewan. Kadine holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management, and credentials in Adult Education and Immigration Consulting from the University of Regina and Ashton College.
