R. Baijens

R. Baijens is the current Director of the School of Technology & ICT at Regio College. Prior to this, Baijens was the Director of HRM and Marketing & Communication at ROC Midden Nederland from January 2012 to August 2017. Before that, Baijens was the Head of HRM at Medicins sans Frontieres (Artsen zonder Grenzen) from January 2007 to December 2011. Prior to that, Baijens served as the Program Manager Shared Services + Head of HRM at Politie from January 2002 to December 2007. Baijens began their career in 1998 as the Head of HRM + Change and Interim Manager at Thuiszorg.

R. Baijens studied human resource sciences at the University of Brabant. They obtained their MSc from this institution.

R. Baijens reports to Bernard Fransen, Chairman of the Executive Board. R. Baijens works with M. Kool - Director, School for Care, Welfare &Sport, M. Leummens - Director, School of Economics & Tourism.
