Amber E. Reed

Amber E. Reed, Ed.D, currently serves as the Program Coordinator for Private Schools and the Emergency Assistance to NonPublic Schools (EANS) at Region 10 ESC since June 2019. Previously, Amber E. Reed held various positions within the DeSoto Independent School District from November 2014 to June 2019, including Freshman House Principal and Supervisor of Federal Programs. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Principal at Faith Family Academy and holding roles as a Behavior Specialist and Special Education Teacher in the Dallas Independent School District from August 2004 to May 2013. Amber E. Reed holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational, Instructional, and Curriculum Supervision from Texas A&M University-Commerce, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Dallas Baptist University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Abilene Christian University.
