Toby Higginbotham

Toby Higginbotham has over two decades of experience in technology and network operations, currently serving as the Director of Technology Services at Region 18 ESC since October 2002, having held various roles including Coordinator of Network Operations, Senior Systems Specialist, and Remote Network Technician. Prior to this, Toby served as Network Administrator for Grandfalls Royalty ISD from September 1999 to September 2002 and co-founded ValCoTech Computer Services in June 2000, selling the business in the summer of 2002.
