Markus Bylund

Markus Bylund is currently an Expert at Regeringskansliet, focusing on the development of the national pharmaceutical registry. Prior to this, Markus held the position of CIO at Region Gävleborg. Bylund also has extensive experience in IT strategy, digitalization, and advisory roles with various companies and organizations such as Lantmäteriet, Uppsala kommun, and The Swedish Media Council. Markus holds a PhD in Computer and Systems Sciences from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, among other educational accomplishments.
